Water Department

The Water and Sewer Billing Department is located inside City Hall. A  drive thru window service and after hours payment drop box is located on the north side of the building with business hours of 8:00 am until 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. When leaving cash in the after hours drop box please make sure it's in a sealed envelope with Name, Account Number, & service address. 

Accepted forms of payment in office: cash, check or money order. In addition, we also offer bank draft & automatic credit card payments. All automatic payments are submitted on the 15th day of the month. You may download the Bank Draft Form or Auto CC Form then email it to us at [email protected] 

If you prefer to personally pay by credit card monthly, you may make a payment at https://gassville.viewmybill.net/

You may also call (855) 483-5729 to make a credit card payment. The Code is 7263511 for all online or phone payments. You will also need your water/sewer account number. Instructions for credit card payment are on the lower right hand side of your bill in BOLD print.

If you are a New Homeowner, please download and complete the Customer Water-Sewer Agreement Owner to begin new service. Then, bring the completed form along with photo ID and payment to the Water-Sewer Department @ 204 S School Street Gassville, AR 72635. You may, also, obtain, pay, and fill out the form in the office. 

If you are Renting a house, please download and complete the Water-Sewer Agreement Renter to begin service. Then, bring the completed form along with photo ID and payment to the Water-Sewer Department @ 204 S School Street Gassville, AR 72635. You may, also, obtain, pay, and fill out the form in the office. 

If you are a new Mountain Home Sewer Only-Homeowner Customer Please download and complete the Sewer Only Agreement Mtn Home Homeowner Customer Then, bring the completed form along with photo ID and payment to the Water-Sewer Department @ 204 S School Street Gassville, AR 72635. You may, also, obtain, pay, and fill out the form in the office. 

If you are a new Mountain Home Sewer Only-Renter Customer Please download and complete the Sewer Only Agreement Mtn Home Renter Customer. Then, bring the completed form along with photo ID and payment to the Water-Sewer Department @ 204 S School Street Gassville, AR 72635. You may, also, obtain, pay, and fill out the form in the office.
